Privacy Policy – Cozy Bakery Idle

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Cozy Bakery Idle: Cake Tycoon (the "Game") handles information. The Game is developed by Alauddin Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

You can play the whole Game as a guest, without any account. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.

• Game progress (coins, levels, items, outfits, bought items, settings) is saved on your own device. As a guest it is never sent to us, and deleting the Game deletes it.
• Optional account (cloud save): if you choose to sign in with Google, see section 2.
• Notifications: if you allow them, the Game schedules reminders locally on your device. No data is sent to us.
• Game statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): to balance the Game, it sends a few anonymous events about the bakery's customers (for example how many goods a customer bought, how many seconds they waited and whether the shelf was empty). Firebase Analytics also collects standard device and usage information, such as the app instance ID, device type, operating system, country and how often the Game is opened. We do not send your name, email or anything you type, and we use these statistics only to improve the Game. Read the Firebase privacy information.

2. Account and cloud save (optional)

If you tap ⚙ → 👤 and sign in with Google, your game progress is also saved online, so you can keep playing on a new phone. For this we use Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), a service of Google.

• What is stored: your account ID and email address from Google (in Firebase Authentication), and a copy of your game progress with a random device ID, the type of device (Android or iPhone) and the time of the last save (in Cloud Firestore). We do not store your name or profile picture, and we never receive your Google password.
• Why: only to keep your bakery safe and bring it back when you sign in on another phone. It is not used for ads and not sold or shared.
• Who can see it: only you (through the Game) and us, the developer. Google stores it for us on its servers, which may be outside your country. Read the Firebase privacy information.
• How long: until you delete your account. Signing out does not delete it.
• Deleting your account: in the Game, tap ⚙ → 👤 → Delete account. This deletes your account and your cloud save right away; the bakery on your phone stays. You can also email us (section 9) from the email address of your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system and app usage information related to ads

This information is collected directly by Google, not by us. Please read how Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

On iOS, the Game asks for your permission before any tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent for personalized ads before they are shown. You can change your choice at any time.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the item.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Your choices

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, to allow or stop tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID.
• You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
• You can delete all Game data on your phone by uninstalling the Game.
• You can play without an account, sign out at any time (⚙ → 👤 → Sign out), or delete your account and cloud save (⚙ → 👤 → Delete account).

7. Data security

We do not run our own servers. Guest progress stays on your device. Cloud saves are stored in Google Firebase over encrypted connections, and security rules allow each player to read and change only their own save. Third-party services (Google, Apple) protect data according to their own policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
