Privacy Policy – Flower Shop

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Flower Shop Idle: Cozy Bloom (the "Game") handles information. The Game is developed by Alauddin Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

You play the Game without signing up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address.

• Game progress (coins, gems, levels, upgrades, frog helpers, decor, bought items, settings) is saved on your own device.
• Cloud backup: a copy of your progress is also kept online, see section 2.
• Notifications: if you allow them, the Game schedules reminders locally on your device. No data is sent to us.
• Game statistics (Google Analytics): to balance the Game, it sends a few anonymous events about play (for example when a level is reached, the guide is finished, a reward video is watched or an item is bought) with a random ID made on your device. We do not send your name, email, advertising ID or anything you type, and we use these statistics only to improve the Game.

2. Cloud backup

The Game keeps a backup of your progress online with Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), a service of Google, using an anonymous account made by the Game. It has no name or email.

• What is stored: a random account ID, a copy of your game progress and the time of the last save.
• Why: only to keep your garden safe. It is not used for ads and not sold or shared.
• Who can see it: only you (through the Game) and us, the developer. Google stores it for us on its servers, which may be outside your country. Read the Firebase privacy information.
• Deleting it: email us (section 9) and we will delete your backup within 30 days. Uninstalling the Game deletes the progress on your phone.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system and app usage information related to ads

This information is collected directly by Google, not by us. Please read how Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

On iOS, the Game asks for your permission before any tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent for personalized ads before they are shown. You can change your choice at any time in ⚙ Settings → Privacy.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the item.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Your choices

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, to allow or stop tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID.
• You can turn reminders off in ⚙ Settings or in your device settings.
• You can delete all Game data on your phone by uninstalling the Game, and ask us to delete the cloud backup (section 9).

7. Data security

We do not run our own servers. Cloud backups are stored in Google Firebase over encrypted connections, and security rules allow each player to read and change only their own backup. Third-party services (Google, Apple) protect data according to their own policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
