How do I play?

Tap the ❓ button in the top-right corner of the game to open "How to Play". You can also replay Granny Fluff's guide from there.

Where is my progress saved?

Your progress is always saved on your device, so the game works without internet. If you also want it saved online, tap 👤 and sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone). Then your farm is saved to the cloud every few minutes and whenever you leave the game. As a guest, deleting the game deletes your progress.

How do I move my farm to a new phone?

On your old phone, tap 👤 and sign in (the card shows "Saved to cloud"). On the new phone, install the game, tap 👤 and sign in with the same account. Your farm loads by itself. If both phones already have progress, the game asks which farm to keep.

I bought something but didn't receive it.

Open the 🛒 Shop and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and your Apple receipt, and we'll sort it out.

I got a new phone. How do I get my purchases back?

If you signed in with 👤, your bought items come back with your farm. Otherwise, sign in to the phone with the same Apple ID (or Google account on Android), open the 🛒 Shop and tap Restore Purchases. "Remove Ads", "2x Coins Forever", the Golden Outfit and rare silkworms will come back. Coins and the Starter Pack can't be restored this way because they are used up in the game.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep the game free for everyone. You can remove banner and pop-up ads with the "Remove Ads" purchase in the Shop. Optional reward videos (like free coins) stay available if you want them.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Players in Europe and the UK can also tap ❓ → "Privacy & ad settings" in the game.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Tap the 🔔 button in the game, or change notifications for Wool Tree in your iPhone Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: tap 👤 → Delete account and confirm twice. Your account and cloud save are deleted right away. The farm on your phone stays, and you keep playing as a guest.

Without the game: email alauddinahmed7888@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and cloud save within 30 days and reply when it's done. Nothing else is kept.
