How do I play?

Tap ⚙ and then the ? button in the game to open "How to Play". You can also replay Grandpa Bramble's guide from there.

Where is my progress saved?

Your progress is saved on your device, so the game works without internet. If you sign in with Google (⚙ → 👤), it is also saved online, and signing in on a new phone brings your bakery back. As a guest, deleting the game deletes your progress.

I bought something but didn't receive it.

Open the 🛒 Shop and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase and your Apple receipt, and we'll sort it out.

I got a new phone. How do I get my purchases back?

Sign in to the phone with the same Apple ID (or Google account on Android), open the 🛒 Shop and tap Restore Purchases. "Remove Ads", "2x Coins Forever", the Golden Outfit and rare hamsters will come back. Coins and the Starter Pack can't be restored this way because they are used up in the game.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Why do I see ads?

Ads keep the game free for everyone. You can remove banner and pop-up ads with the "Remove Ads" purchase in the Shop. Optional reward videos (like free coins) stay available if you want them.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Players in Europe and the UK are asked for their ad choices when the game starts.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Tap ⚙ and then the bell button in the game, or change notifications for Cozy Bakery in your iPhone Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: tap ⚙ → 👤 → Delete account and confirm twice. Your account and cloud save are deleted right away. The bakery on your phone stays, and you keep playing as a guest.

Without the game: email alauddinahmed7888@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and cloud save within 30 days and reply when it's done. Nothing else is kept.

Playing as a guest (without signing in) there is no account: uninstalling the game deletes everything.
